What is Health Promotion?

The Central District Health Department (CDHD) division of Health Promotion helps people live healthier, safer lives. We focus on preventing problems before they happen by sharing easy-to-understand information, offering free services, and working with partners across the state. We support healthy habits, safe communities, and better access to care for everyone. Our goal is to make good health something that's possible for all! If you have any questions feel free to reach out to us at 308-385-5175.   Ashley Hake . . .
