Central District Health Department supports healthy, active communities by sharing trusted, evidence-based resources from Move Your Way®, a national physical activity campaign from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
Move Your Way® helps people of all ages find safe, fun ways to be active — whether you’re an adult, older adult, parent, or moving during and after pregnancy. Central District Health Department works with community partners, schools, and families to promote physical activity and support healthy habits across our district.
